The top service aim for J F Hanley Groups’ completely reorganised service department is that of minimising machine downtime for customers in the high-intensity golf and amenity industries. To ensure that we are delivering and constantly moving forward on this goal we have put the following in place:
A dedicated and experienced ‘Parts and Service Manager’. Donacha Beegan, a proven field expert, has taken charge of expediting, scheduling and part sourcing.
This appointment will take service to a new level and in conjunction with a strong back up team Donnacha is committed to providing a visible, efficient and timely service, parts and repairs service.
Our team of four, highly trained engineers provide year round service solutions from our state of the art workshop. We also run three full-time mobile service units allowing prompt response to breakdown and minimum downtime for your machines.
