The top service aim for J F Hanley Groups' completely reorganised service department is that of minimising machine downtime for customers in the high-intensity golf and amenity industries. To ensure that we are delivering and constantly moving forward on this goal we have put the following in place:

 

 

  • A dedicated and experienced 'Parts and Service Manager'. Eamonn Daly, a proven field expert, has taken charge of expediting, scheduling and part sourcing.

  • Our team of four, highly trained engineers provide year round service solutions from our state of the art workshop. We also run three full-time mobile service units allowing prompt response to breakdown and minimum downtime for your machines
